Chara Farquharson-Catchlove - CEO
Chara Farquharson-Catchlove is the visionary leader of CCAD, a firm known for its dynamic approach to BIM coordination and MEP project management. With degrees in Architecture and Construction Management, Chara combines a solid academic foundation with over 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. She has worked on diverse projects, including microchip manufacturing facilities, multi-purpose arenas, multifamily developments, hospitality, and commercial projects. Her expertise in MEP project management, BIM management, process piping, and specialized scheduling ensures that even the most complex projects are delivered with precision.
Chara’s journey in the construction industry began from the ground up, where she developed an intimate understanding of managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) trades. Her passion for problem-solving and process improvement has made her a trusted partner to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of their projects with ease and efficiency.

Josh Catchlove - Director of Project Management
With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh Catchlove brings an impressive range of skills and expertise to his role as Director of Project Management at CCAD. His background includes degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management, and his diverse project portfolio includes high-end luxury hotels, airport facilities, commercial projects, and distressed projects that require specialized attention.
Josh's ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects is unmatched, particularly in his areas of specialization: procurement and project management. His deep understanding of scheduling, cost management, contract management, BIM coordination, estimating, and risk management allows him to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Known for his attention to detail and methodical approach, Josh takes an active role in every stage of the project, ensuring that all elements—from design to execution—run smoothly. His experience working on luxury hotel developments and distressed projects has sharpened his ability to manage intricate project requirements while keeping a clear focus on delivering top-quality results.

Kent Sharp - Senior BIM Manager
Kent Sharp brings over 25 years of diverse experience to his role as Senior BIM Manager at CCAD. Throughout his career, Kent has mastered the art of CAD management, 2D/3D design, and BIM project management across a wide array of industries. His expertise spans disciplines as varied as architectural design, mechanical systems, structural engineering, semiconductor design, civil engineering, and process piping, just to name a few.
From wastewater reclamation facilities to industrial plants, automation systems, and telecommunications, Kent has done it all. His depth of knowledge covers everything from HVAC and steam distribution systems to underground utilities and machine design, making him a versatile and highly skilled professional capable of tackling even the most complex projects.
Kent’s attention to detail and passion for problem-solving have earned him a reputation as a leader in BIM management and space planning. He thrives on ensuring that every aspect of a project is meticulously coordinated, delivering results that are both efficient and cost-effective.

Ron Lippincott - Senior Consultant
Ron Lippincott, Senior Consultant at CCAD, brings over 20 years of project management experience in construction, working primarily with owner’s representatives, large general contractors, and engineering firms. His expertise spans major sectors, including industrial projects, medical facilities, higher education and high-end hospitality, where he has managed multimillion-dollar projects with an emphasis on scheduling, cost controls, and contractor coordination.
Ron’s deep knowledge in mining includes overseeing complex projects such as mill roaster optimizations, clarifier expansions, and infrastructure upgrades at large-scale mining operations. His focus on detailed project oversight, safety compliance, and effective scheduling enables seamless project delivery, even in high-stakes environments.
In addition to his mining background, Ron has a successful track record with luxury hospitality projects.
