End-User License Agreement

CCAD Internal Reporting · CCAD, LLC · Effective 2026-09-08

1. Scope

This agreement governs use of CCAD Internal Reporting (the "Application"), a private internal-use application operated by CCAD, LLC ("CCAD"). The Application is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public.

2. License

CCAD grants authorized CCAD personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for CCAD's internal accounting and financial reporting. No other use is permitted.

3. Authorized users

Use is limited to employees and contractors of CCAD who have been expressly authorized by CCAD management. Access may be revoked at any time without notice.

All data accessed by the Application is CCAD's own business data. CCAD is the data controller. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intuit

Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement and provides no warranty for the Application. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. CCAD is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

8. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. CCAD does not warrant that reports produced by the Application are free of error, and they do not substitute for CCAD's books of record or for professional accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCAD's aggregate liability arising out of the Application is limited to fifty United States dollars (US$50).

10. Term and termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. CCAD may terminate it at any time. On termination, use of the Application must cease and any stored credentials must be destroyed.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
