Privacy Policy
CCAD, LLC · Effective 8 September 2026
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and hosts no trackers. Our contact and careers forms do not send anything to a server — they open your own email program with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send. If you never email us, we hold nothing about you.
1. Who we are
CCAD, LLC ("CCAD", "we", "us") is a Virtual Design and Construction services firm registered in Arizona, United States. This policy explains what we do with personal information in connection with www.ccad.io and our business operations.
2. Visiting this website
- No cookies. We set none.
- No analytics. We run no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no session recording, no advertising trackers.
- No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
- External links, such as to LinkedIn or caltior.io, are governed by those sites' own policies.
3. Our forms
The contact form and the careers form work differently from most. When you submit either one, your browser opens your own email program with the information you entered already written into a message addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted to CCAD, or to anyone else, unless you choose to send that email.
Once you send it, we hold it the same way we hold any other email you send us.
Information you may give us this way
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone, service of interest, and your message.
- Careers form: name, email, phone, role of interest, area, LinkedIn profile, your message, and any resume you attach.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and to prepare proposals.
- To deliver services under a contract with your organization.
- To assess applications for employment or contract work.
- To meet legal, tax, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. What we never do
- We do not sell personal information. We never have.
- We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
- We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.
6. Who may see it
- CCAD personnel and contractors who need it to do their work.
- Service providers acting on our instructions, such as email and file hosting.
- Our professional advisers, including accountants, insurers, and legal counsel.
- Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
7. Job applicants
- Applications and resumes are used only to evaluate you for the role you applied for, and for other roles we think may suit you.
- We retain applications for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to remove yours sooner.
- We do not run background or credit checks without telling you first and obtaining any consent the law requires.
- Recruiters and staffing agencies: unsolicited resumes sent to careers@ccad.io or to any CCAD employee are sent at your own risk. We will treat them as our property, we owe no fee for them, and we have no agency agreement with you unless one is signed by an authorized CCAD officer.
8. Project and client information
In delivering services we handle project documents, models, schedules, and correspondence belonging to our clients. That material is our clients' confidential information, held under our contracts with them and used only to perform those contracts. It is not used for marketing, and it is not shared with anyone outside the project team without the client's written permission.
9. CCAD Internal Reporting (QuickBooks application)
CCAD operates a private, internal-use application that reads CCAD's own QuickBooks Online accounting records to produce management reports. It is not available to the public.
- It requests the
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope only. It does not request payroll or payments scopes.
- It is read-only. It does not create, alter, void, or delete any record in QuickBooks Online. That restriction is enforced in the application's code.
- Data accessed is CCAD's own business data, which may include customer and vendor names and balances held by CCAD in the ordinary course of business.
- It sends no data to any third party. Intuit is the source of the data, not a recipient.
- Authorization tokens are stored in the local user profile of the authorized workstation, outside any cloud-synchronized folder.
- CCAD may revoke the application's access at any time from QuickBooks Online settings. See the application's license terms.
10. How long we keep things
- Inquiries that go nowhere: up to 24 months.
- Client and project records: for the life of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by contract, law, limitation periods, and our insurers.
- Job applications: up to 24 months.
- Accounting records: as required by tax and corporate law.
11. Security
- Transport encryption on this website and on our business systems.
- Access limited to personnel who need it, and removed when they no longer do.
- Credentials held in access-controlled stores, never in source code or shared folders.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to notify you, we will.
12. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to particular uses. Write to info@ccad.io and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We may need to verify your identity first.
Because we do not sell personal information and do not use tracking technologies, there is nothing to opt out of in those respects.
13. Children
This website is a business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
14. Where information is held
CCAD operates in the United States, and information is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to the United States.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be evident from that date.
16. Contact
