A History of Innovation, Built On Experience
CCAD was born from a simple idea: construction projects run best when design and field teams are perfectly aligned. After years working in architecture, construction management, and MEPF systems, our founder saw the same challenges repeat; coordination gaps, schedule delays, and costly rework. We knew there was a better way.
Starting as a boutique consulting firm, CCAD set out to bridge the gap between technology and construction. Our first projects focused on BIM coordination for high-rise residential buildings. As our reputation for accuracy and collaboration grew, so did our portfolio — expanding into luxury hotels and resorts, student housing, industrial plants, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Along the way, we built a team of professionals who live and breathe construction and technology. Our leadership combines decades of experience in BIM, project management, and constructability consulting. Together, we’ve added field scanning, layout, and digital workflows that help our clients reduce risk, improve accuracy, and deliver on time.
Today, CCAD partners with developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty trades nationwide. We remain agile, hands-on, and deeply involved in every project, turning big visions into built realities, and continuing to push the boundaries of how construction gets done.
